Leap of Faith

Let's face it, buying any home takes a giant leap of faith. NOW, imagine trying to choose your home based on pictures, words, and drawings of the floorplan- what we are asking is difficult! Sure, lots of people have done it. But if you haven't built a home before it can be a scary feeling. It is much easier to walk through an existing home to "feel" how it will live. So people shy away from building.

Making the decision to start from scratch is brave- and we understand this.

But there is no better feeling then watching your home being constructed from the ground up. You will find yourself driving by after work each day to see what has been accomplished in the past 24 hours. You will bring family and friends to watch your house being built and explain the process to them as if you were hammering the nails yourself. Imagine standing amongst a few framed walls with no roof overhead- envisioning where furniture will go and marveling at how fast it feels more like a home, and less like a construction site.

We will provide as much information as possible to make you feel good about building a home with us. Pictures, measurements, color samples, builder meetings- whatever you need to help you envision it without actually seeing it.

It is a bold move and you should be proud for even considering it.
